Sound project questions

1. Sound is important to prevent unnatural silence when no other sound is present. Lack of sound is important to match with a scene.

2. It was easy to come up with sound ideas for our story that didn't have visuals because our sounds were easy to make and they were common sounds we hear almost everyday.

3. I believe that our group was able to create a sound story that the audience would be able to understand by listening to the sounds because we had sounds that a lot of people are common with so I think people would be able to understand what is going on without the visuals.

Camera Angles and Shots Project Blog Post

Over the shoulder shot, POV shot The "Over the shoulder" shot was taken by Chantell. I believe this shot shows a lot of emotion and leaves the viewers wondering what they are talking about. The "POV" shot was taken by me, Barbara Hidalgo. I'm proud of this shot because it looks like the viewer is actually shaking hands with Chantell. It was difficult trying to take the picture on the right angle to make it seem like the viewers are actually there. Long wide shot, Low angle shot The "long wide shot" was taken by Chantell. I believe this shot was very well taken cause you can see the whole person, plus you can see what is going on in the back. You can see the person's facial expression which makes you know how the person is feeling in that environment. The "Low angle shot" was taken by me, Barbara. She was one of the first people "killed" so Bianca plays the role of a dead person. She also plays the role of the killer on the loose. Makayla: Plays the character Ryley Friend of Luciana and Valentina. She is at the sleepover watching her friends get murdered one by one. She is one of the people who finds out who the killer is. Supporting Character analysis Blog Post

The two supporting characters are Luciana and Valentina. These characters are played by Barbara and Bianca. They both wear pjs. Luciana has brown hair in a bun and has brown eyes. Valentina has brown hair down and brown eyes. Valentina is always joking, joyful, and fun. Luciana is respectful, kind, and honest. Valentina, Luciana, and Ryley and best friends and love to hang out with each other. Luciana and Dwayne are siblings. Luciana is panicked, scared, and confused. Valentina is panicked but seems a little suspicious, but no one seemed to catch onto that.
